In this classic comedic thriller, Sidney Bruhl, a washed-up playwright, finds a chance to rise to the top once more. When he receives a script from a former student, Clifford Anderson, that’s guaranteed success, his wife, Myra, suggests the two men could collaborate. When Clifford arrives later that evening, no one–not even the visiting psychic–can predict where the dark events of the night will go.

Deathtrap holds the record for the longest-running thriller in Broadway history, with an impressive 1,793 performances. It was nominated for four Tony Awards and received the Edgar Award from the Mystery Writers of America for Best Play.
Deathtrap stars Joel Adams as Sydney Bruhl, Franco DeCrescentis as Clifford Anderson, Sita Mills as Myra Bruhl, Nicole van de Wall as psychic Helga Ten Dorp and Tony Edwards as Porter Milgram, Sydney’s lawyer.
Jesse Todd, veteran of many Theatrix productions, makes his directorial debut in the production.
John Underwood created the set design, blending Thai aesthetics with Junkyard’s distinct style.
